Refund & Return Policy

;At Exit, we want you to love your bracelet. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

To start a return, email us at vistaraye@outlook.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vistaraye@outlook.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will gladly:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, processing may have already begun and cancellation may not be guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at vistaraye@outlook.com so we can resolve it.

Filing a false chargeback for a successfully delivered order may be considered fraud and reported accordingly.
